Azido-PEG10-acid is a water-soluble PEG linker bearing an azide group and a terminal carboxylic acid. The azide participates in click reactions with alkyne, BCN, or DBCO groups to produce a stable triazole linkage. With activation by EDC or HATU, the carboxylic acid can couple to primary amines to form a stable amide bond.
