AUR1545 is a selective PROTAC degrader targeting KAT2A/KAT2B (GCN5/PCAF) for cancer research. Reported cellular effects include growth inhibition and monocyte differentiation in acute myeloid leukemia cells, along with growth inhibition and epithelial differentiation in small cell lung cancer models. Tumor growth suppression is also reported in small cell lung cancer models.
In neuroendocrine prostate cancer cells and primary patient-derived organoids, AUR1545 inhibits growth and induces differentiation. These activities support its use in research involving these cancer types.
