BDP FL-PEG4-TCO is a BDP FL labeling linker with a TCO reactive group and a hydrophilic PEG spacer. The TCO functionality supports site-specific click conjugation involving antibodies, proteins or probes. The product is soluble in DMSO, DMF and DCM, but has low solubility in water.
TCO can isomerize to cis-cycloctene with loss of reactivity, so long-term storage is not recommended. The listed storage temperature is -20°C, and the supplied purity is 95%.
