Propargyl-PEG2-acid is a PEG linker with propargyl and carboxylic acid groups, combining functionalities represented in the alkyne PEG, PEG acid and click chemistry ranges. Activation with EDC or HATU enables the carboxylic acid to couple with primary amines, forming stable amide bonds. The propargyl group can react with azide groups on biomolecules to produce stable triazole linkages.
