Propargyl-PEG1-acid is a crosslinker combining a propargyl group with a carboxylic acid group. Activation with HATU or EDC enables the carboxylic acid to react with primary amines. The propargyl group provides a separate reaction site for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne click chemistry. This combination places the compound within both alkyne-functional PEG linkers and PEG acids used for conjugation.
