Amino-PEG8-t-Boc-hydrazide is a PEG crosslinker with an amino group and a Boc-protected hydrazide. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The amino group can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
