Aminooxy-PEG2-azide is a PEG-based linker used in PROTAC synthesis and as a non-cleavable 2 unit PEG linker for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) synthesis. It is included in the aminooxy PEG, PEG azide and click chemistry ranges.
Its azide group supports copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition with alkyne-containing molecules. It can also participate in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO- or BCN-containing molecules, providing alternative routes for conjugation.
