DBCO-NHS is an amine-reactive NHS ester reagent for introducing a DBCO group into amine-containing molecules or surfaces. It reacts with primary amines, including lysine side chains and aminosilane-coated surfaces, at neutral or slightly basic pH to form covalent bonds. The DBCO group supports copper-free click chemistry.
