BDP FL-PEG8-DBCO combines a BDP FL dye with a reactive DBCO group and a hydrophilic PEG spacer for click-chemistry labeling. The DBCO group couples with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules without a copper catalyst, producing a stable triazole linkage.
The bright, photostable dye supports protein labeling, peptide modification and fluorescence microscopy. The PEG spacer increases water solubility, while listed solvent compatibility includes DMSO, DCM, DMF. This reagent is intended for research use.
