- Description
Fluorescein-PEG4-DBCO is a xanthene dye with a reactive DBCO group and a hydrophilic PEG spacer, listed in the fluorescein labeling section of the click chemistry catalog. Its excitation/emission maximum is 494/517 nm. The DBCO group couples with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules without a copper catalyst, forming a stable triazole linkage.
