FTT5 LLNs (solution in ethanol) is an ethanol-solution product associated with FTT5, a lipid-like compound derived from the ionizable cationic amino lipid TT3. FTT5-containing lipid-like nanoparticles (LLNs) have been used for mRNA delivery and genome editing in mice.
Reported findings include enhanced reporter luminescence in Hep3B cells and preferential liver accumulation in mice. LLNs carrying mRNA encoding human Factor VIII have also increased plasma Factor VIII activity in a hemophilia A mouse model.
