Lipid PPz-2R1 (solution in ethanol) is an ionizable cationic lipid used to prepare lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for mRNA delivery in vitro and in vivo. In an orthotopic murine LLC model, LNPs containing this lipid and encapsulating PTEN mRNA reduced tumor growth, both alone and in combination with an antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1).
