Azidoethyl-SS-propionic NHS ester is a cleavable crosslinker combining an azide group, an NHS ester and a disulfide bond. The azide supports click chemistry with alkynes, DBCO and BCN, while the NHS ester labels primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules. Dithiothreitol (DTT) can cleave the disulfide bond. The listed purity is 98%, with storage at -20°C.
