Bis-sulfone-PEG8-NHS Ester is a bis-alkylating PEG labeling reagent used for conjugation at cysteine sulfur atoms obtained by reducing a native disulfide bond. It reacts with both resulting thiols, including those from antibody interchain disulfides, to create a covalent three carbon bridge while retaining the protein's structural integrity.
