Sulfo DBCO-PEG4-Maleimide, TEA salt is a water-soluble click chemistry reagent featuring a DBCO moiety and a maleimide group, connected by a hydrophilic PEG4 spacer. The maleimide group reacts selectively and efficiently with thiols to form stable thioether bonds, enabling DBCO incorporation onto cysteine-containing peptides and other thiol-bearing biomolecules. DBCO supports copper-free click chemistry reactions.
