BP Fluor 594 Azide is a red-fluorescent azide-activated probe for click chemistry applications. It undergoes copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition with terminal alkynes, and copper-free click reactions with strained cyclooctynes to form stable triazole products. The dye exhibits absorption and emission maxima at 590 nm and 617 nm, respectively, is water-soluble, and remains pH-insensitive across pH 4 to pH 10. It is compatible with 561 nm and 594 nm laser lines and is suited for imaging and flow cytometry workflows.
