BP Fluor 488 Azide is an azide-functionalized, 5-sulfonated rhodamine labeling dye for click chemistry. It reacts with DBCO or other alkyne groups on target molecules, including suitably functionalized antibodies, proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides. The dye has an excitation peak at 499 nm and an emission peak at 520 nm. Its conjugates are used in microscopy and flow cytometry. Listed solvents are Water, DMSO, DMF.
