BP Fluor 647 Alkyne is a fluorescent dye with an alkyne group for copper-catalyzed click reactions with azides. It is used for protein and antibody labeling, as well as nucleic acid applications requiring high labeling density.
The dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. Its 4 sulfonate groups support high water solubility and reduced aggregation in aqueous solution. Listed solvents include Water, DMSO and DMF, and the supplied purity is 98%.
