BP Fluor 488 Alkyne is a labeling dye with an alkyne group for click chemistry reactions with azide-bearing target molecules, including antibodies, proteins and peptides. It has an excitation peak at 499 nm and an emission peak at 520 nm. The resulting conjugates can be used in microscopy and flow cytometry.
