Mal-PEG3-NHS ester is a PEG linker with maleimide and NHS ester groups for coupling to thiol- and amine-containing molecules. The NHS ester labels primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other molecules, while the maleimide forms a covalent bond with a thiol group.
