DBCO-PEG10-amine is a bifunctional PEG linker with a DBCO group at one end and an amine at the other. DBCO supports copper-free click chemistry, while the amine provides reactivity toward carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl groups such as ketones and aldehydes.
