DBCO-PEG2-amine is a PEG linker combining a DBCO group for copper-free click chemistry with an amine group for further conjugation. The amine can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl groups such as ketones and aldehydes. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer increases water solubility. The compound is also soluble in DMSO, DCM, DMF and has a listed purity of 98%.
