N3-PEG2-COOH is a monodisperse PEG linker bearing an azide group and a terminal carboxylic acid. The azide supports click reactions with alkynes, BCN or DBCO to generate stable triazole linkages. The carboxylic acid provides a separate coupling site for primary amines, forming stable amide bonds with activators such as EDC or HATU. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer increases aqueous solubility.
