N3-PEG3-COOH is a bifunctional PEG derivative bearing an azide group and a terminal carboxylic acid. Its 3-unit PEG segment supports its use as a linker for modifying proteins, peptides and other materials.
It is used as a PEG-based PROTAC linker in the synthesis of BI-3663, BI-4216 and BI-0319, and as a non-cleavable linker for antibody drug conjugates (ADC). The specified purity is ≥95%; store at -5°C in dry conditions, protected from sunlight.
