N3-PEG6-COOH is a monodisperse, water-soluble PEG linker bearing an azide group and a terminal carboxylic acid. The azide supports click chemistry with alkyne, BCN or DBCO groups to produce a stable triazole linkage. The carboxylic acid can couple with primary amines using activators such as EDC or HATU to form a stable amide bond.
