N-(NHS-PEG8)-N-bis(PEG8-GGFG-Dxd) is a dual-payload ADC linker carrying two identical DXd molecules. Its hydrophilic PEG8 chain incorporates an NHS ester for coupling to amine-containing molecules, allowing both payloads to be attached through a single conjugation step.
The GGFG peptide sequence provides a protease-cleavable trigger for payload release. This construct is included in the GGFG-Dxd, cleavable linker and same-payload dual linker categories for antibody–drug conjugate research.
