Azido-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP is a cleavable peptide linker for antibody–drug conjugate research. Its Val-Cit segment is susceptible to cleavage by Cathepsin B, while the PNP leaving group enables coupling with amine-bearing payloads. The azido group provides a handle for click reactions with DBCO, BCN, or other alkyne groups.
