Azido-PEG3-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP is a cleavable peptide linker for ADC construction that combines a Val-Cit cleavage site with an azide handle for click chemistry. The Val-Cit segment is cleaved by Cathepsin B, while the PNP group serves as a leaving group during coupling to amine-bearing payloads. The azide reacts with DBCO, BCN or other alkyne groups.
