Azido-PEG2-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP is a cleavable peptide linker for antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) research. Its Val-Cit segment is susceptible to cleavage by Cathepsin B, while the PNP group serves as a leaving group during coupling with amine-bearing payloads. The azido group supports click reactions with DBCO, BCN or other alkyne groups, and the PEG spacer increases aqueous solubility.
