Mal-amido-PEG2-TFP ester is a PEG linker with maleimide and TFP ester end groups for thiol- and amine-directed conjugation. The maleimide reacts with thiols between pH 6.5 and 7.5, while the TFP ester reacts with primary amines and is less susceptible to hydrolysis than an NHS ester.
