Bis-sulfone-PEG1-Bis-sulfone is a bis-alkylating labeling reagent in the site-specific ADC linker range. It targets the cysteine sulfur atoms of paired thiols generated by reduction of a native disulfide, including antibody interchain disulfides. Conjugation joins the two cysteine residues through a three-carbon bridge, covalently rebridging the reduced disulfide while preserving protein structural integrity. The reagent has a listed purity of 95% and is soluble in DMSO, DCM, and DMF.
