NHS ester-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) precursor containing a cathepsin-cleavable Val-Cit dipeptide and the synthetic antineoplastic payload MMAE. Its cleavable linker–payload composition places it within the MMAE payload and cleavable ADC linker categories.
