Azido-PEG36-TFP Ester is a bifunctional PEG linker combining an azide group for click chemistry with a TFP ester that reacts with primary and secondary amines. It supports copper(I)-catalyzed, ruthenium-catalyzed and strain-promoted click chemistry. A long, discrete PEG spacer of a single molecular weight separates the reactive ends, providing water solubility and increasing the hydrodynamic volume of the resulting conjugate.
