N3-PEG36-COOH is a monodisperse, water-soluble PEG linker with terminal azide and carboxylic acid groups. The azide supports click conjugation with alkynes through CuAAC or with BCN and DBCO through SPAAC. The carboxylic acid can couple with primary amines using EDC or HATU to form stable amide bonds.
The PEG36 spacer enhances water solubility and reduces steric hindrance in applications including bioconjugation, drug delivery research, and surface functionalization. Also named Azido-PEG36-acid, this product has a listed purity of ≥95%.
