Boc-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is an enzyme-cleavable ADC linker containing a Boc-protected amine, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, and a Val-Cit-PAB segment. The PAB benzylic alcohol provides a site for activation with groups such as PNP for subsequent drug-payload conjugation.
Acid treatment removes the Boc protecting group to expose a primary amine for coupling reactions, including amide formation. Cellular proteases cleave the Val-Cit-PAB segment to support intracellular payload release. The listed storage condition is -20°C.
