Boc-PEG6-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is an enzyme-cleavable ADC linker intermediate combining a hydrophilic PEG spacer, a Boc-protected amine and a Val-Cit-PAB segment. The PAB group provides a free benzylic alcohol for attachment to a drug payload. Acid-mediated Boc removal exposes a primary amine for further conjugation. Cellular proteases cleave the Val-Cit-PAB segment to enable payload release, supporting its use in cleavable ADC linker research.
