Boc-PEG2-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is an enzyme-cleavable ADC linker with a Boc-protected amine, a hydrophilic PEG spacer and a Val-Cit-PAB segment. Its PAB benzylic alcohol provides a site for activation, including with PNP, for subsequent drug-payload conjugation.
