TFP-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is a linker-payload precursor for antibody–drug conjugate research. It combines an amine-reactive TFP ester with a cathepsin-cleavable Val-Cit peptide, a PAB spacer and an MMAE payload. The TFP ester is less susceptible to hydrolysis than an NHS ester and supports attachment to a monoclonal antibody.
