Azido-PEG1-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable linker for antibody–drug conjugate research, combining a Val-Cit cleavage site with an azide handle for click chemistry. The Val-Cit segment is susceptible to Cathepsin B cleavage, while the azide can react with DBCO, BCN or other alkyne groups. Its PEG spacer increases aqueous solubility. These features support its use in cleavable ADC linker and peptide-PEG conjugation workflows.
