Mal-amide-PEG8-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable ADC linker combining a maleimide group, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, a Val-Cit dipeptide and a PAB group. The maleimide enables covalent attachment to free thiols on protein cysteine residues. Intracellular proteases cleave the Val-Cit segment, with the PAB structure supporting payload delivery.
