- Description
PC Biotin-PEG3-NHS carbonate ester is an amine-reactive, photocleavable biotin PEG linker offered under biotin and photocleavable linker categories. It combines a biotin moiety, a photocleavable spacer arm, and an N-hydroxysuccinimidyl mixed carbonate group. The NHS carbonate reacts with primary amines on target molecules to form carbamate linkages, and captured biomolecules can be released from streptavidin beads by near-UV light without additional reagents.
