ROX azide, 6-isomer is the pure 6-isomer of an alkyne-reactive ROX dye derivative. ROX, also known as Rhodamine X or Rhodamine 101, is a red-emitting fluorophore with high brightness and fluorescence quantum yield. The azide reagent labels alkyne- and cycloalkyne-containing biomolecules through copper-catalyzed and copper-free click reactions.
