Rhodamine-N3 chloride is an azide-functionalized rhodamine fluorescent dye for labeling alkyne-bearing biomolecules through click chemistry. It participates in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition and in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO- or BCN-containing molecules.
