PFI 3 is a selective chemical probe that inhibits SMARCA2, SMARCA4 and PB1(5) bromodomains. Reported Kd values for SMARCA4 and PB1(bromodomain 5) are 89 and 48 nM, respectively. The probe displays 30-fold selectivity over other sub-family branches and accelerates FRAP recovery in cells at a concentration of 1 μM. It is cataloged in the SMARCA inhibitor section of the PROTAC Linkers range.
