Fmoc-NMe-PEG4-NHS ester is a PEG linker combining an Fmoc-protected amine with an NHS ester. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer can increase the aqueous solubility of conjugated compounds. The NHS ester supports labeling of primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules.
