- Description
BP Fluor 350 Azide is a blue-fluorescent probe with an azide group for click labeling. It couples to terminal alkynes through copper-catalyzed CuAAC and to strained cyclooctynes through copper-free chemistry, forming a stable triazole without elevated temperatures in the latter reaction.
The probe is soluble in Water, DMSO, DMF and is optimally excited by the 350 nm laser line. Its moderate photostability and blue fluorescence support imaging and flow cytometry applications, with direct imaging best suited to high-abundance targets.
