Azido-PEG12-Amido-Val-Cit-PAB is a cleavable peptide-PEG linker used in antibody-drug conjugate research. Its terminal azide supports click conjugation with alkynes, including DBCO and BCN, while the Val-Cit segment provides a Cathepsin B-cleavable site. The PAB benzylic alcohol offers a site for activation with groups such as PNP for subsequent payload conjugation.
