Boc-10-Aminodecanoic acid is an aliphatic linker for PROTAC synthesis and other conjugation work. Its alkane chain carries a carboxylic acid at one end and a Boc-protected amino group at the other. Activation of the acid with reagents such as EDC or HATU enables amide formation with primary amines. Mild acidic conditions remove the Boc protecting group, exposing a free amine for subsequent conjugation.
