t-Boc-N-amido-PEG2-acid is a PEG linker with a terminal carboxylic acid and a Boc-protected amino group. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer supports increased solubility in aqueous media. With an activator such as EDC or HATU, the carboxylic acid can couple to primary amines to form a stable amide bond.
