AMCA-PEG4-Azide is a blue fluorescent reagent for protein and peptide labeling, listed in the azide and coumarin click chemistry categories. Its azide group enables conjugation with terminal alkynes through a copper-catalyzed reaction or with strained cyclooctynes through a copper-free reaction. The dye has an absorption maximum of 345 nm and emission at 450 nm.
